Sandy Neyen AAS, NRP
Sandy brings 26 years of experience as an educator as well as 35 years of experience as a healthcare provider. Sandy is also a Critical Care Paramedic. Sandy is also the Director of Employee Education & Development at Paramount Ambulance where she plays an integral part in bringing onsite provider training as well as introduces new concepts of employee development and leadership.

Alicia Ney-Ludescher BA, NRP
Alicia has grown up in the EMS industry beginning her career in EMS at age 17. She enrolled in the local EMT course while in high school to work for the family business part time, and today she works primarily as the Director of Administration for Paramount Ambulance in addition to providing prehospital care now at the Paramedic level. Alicia obtained her Bachelors Degree in Public Relations from Loras College in 2015, and looks forward to collaborating with her alma mater to bring entry-level EMS education to the community. On a daily basis, you’ll find Alicia balancing and managing many hats with her stellar organizational skills

Andy Ney BA, NRP
Andrew “Andy” Ney began his EMS career while he was still in high school. He obtained his EMT License from Northeast Iowa Community College in 2011 while he was attending Dyersville Beckman Catholic High School. He was quick to apply for the family business beginning his initial role as an EMT with Paramount in February 2011. While Andy was working at Paramount as an EMT, he also obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from Loras College. After his graduation, Andy started full-time with Paramount as a Supervisor and Business Development Director. He enrolled into the Northeast Iowa Community College Paramedic Program in 2015 and graduated as Class President in July of 2016. In 2017, Andy was promoted to the Operations Director and has been a key member of the leadership team since. Andy also obtained his Critical Care endorsement from Creighton University in 2019.
Rhonda Healey AAS, NRP
Rhonda is dedicated to the EMS profession where she has spent nearly 20 years as an exceptional pre-hospital provider and paramedic. She is an outstanding patient care provider, mentor and instructor and is well respected by her peers. Over the past several years Rhonda has been responsible for the instruction of both competent and capable EMTs within our community
Rhonda has provided advance cardiac training and continuing education for many surrounding EMS services, registered nurses, and physicians for numerous years. Rhonda is a captivating educator and has an astonishing talent of taking the most complex theory and making it understandable and fun. Rhonda has gained the admiration of her peers and students alike.
